If you paid $60 for a boxed set, look on or in the box for the Product ID.
I didn't buy 8.0, but in the 7.2 box, there is a nice card that says in
*very large*, bold, red letters:

                STEP 1: ACTIVATE YOUR PRODUCT

Step 3 of the instructions says

                Enter this Product ID when prompted:

and there is a dot-printed alphanumeric sequence in a box below.

Below that, there are instructions for

                Accessing Installation Support

and

                Accessing Red Hat Network Software Manager

More details appear on back of the card.

Remember, its the *paper* stuff in the box that distinguishes the boxed
set from downloaded ISOs...

As for entering bugs, anyone can do that at bugzilla.redhat.com.
