I agree about the frustration over the RPM stuff. Im not as saavy about it, but you would think that redhat could somehow come up with something that might be used as a tool to do a lot of work for you behind the scenes, even if it had to ask you questions along the way.
I was trying to setup firestarter on my system (7.3) and its complaining about dependencies.
