Make sure the LD_PATH_LIBRARY variable is set properly. This should be part of your
.bash_profile file.
Set it there and reboot. There is a how-to on the installation of RV5.0 in the
directory where you untarred it.
The help files are in the form of html files, so read them with netscape.
As for the netscape problem, what resolution and color depth are you running you
Xwindows in?
You may want to increase the color depth to something greater than 256 colors, which
may solve the problem.
The Rvplayer works great on my RH5.0 system so you should be able to get it to work on
yours.
