sorry, either this is so basic that it is not listed in the FAQs or i'm
just too
new at linux to get what i'm looking for from them.
i'm simply looking for a way to dial out from within linux to the same
internet
provider that i've been using under windows 95. i mean this in the most
vague
sense of the question, because i haven't been using linux long enough
to have any very specific problems with it.
