I've even removed the line giving permission to mount to /disk, and just left it as /disk/export and exportfs -a still complains about machine2 mounting to disk even though that line is not in the exports file anymore.
And when i enabled machine2 to mount to /disk, and i've made sure it is NOT mounted to anything else on machine, it still cant mount to /disk. it gives me the getfh message in the log file.
