Yesterday I received in a mailing from Learning Tree Intermational - a
commerial training company. They now have a course called Intro to Linux.

>From their course benefits statement:
"Linux has grown into a full-featured robust UNIX operating system with a
wealth of associated free software. The quality of Linux software has
improved dramatically, making it a low-cost, reliable, supported computing
platform appropriate for a business environment."

This is a 4 day course being offered in big cities on both coasts, and
priced at 2195 US$. This course description is on the same page as an
Oracle and a Cisco course.

To paraphrase Mike:
Looks like some more people know about Linux already.

With a statement like this, Linux should certainly get the attention of
 some more people.
