Oops. They're on the CDs and I know they _used_ to be on the ftp site
for 4.2 and now they're not (that's how I finally figured out I'd need
them for installing 4.2). I haven't looked at them since long before I
installed 4.2 but, I think they're in there for the install to know what
to call each file.
