No I haven't, and there is no way for me to.
When I do a normal install via cd-rom, tty2 is open to do whatever I want, but
when I install via nfs, tty2 has messages relating to nfs on it, and there is
no other virtual terminal open.
That may very well be the problem, but how can I fix it w/o access to a virtual
terminal?
