Nope. You have to tweak your window manager for *Overall* changes.
ie: fvwm window manager can be changed in your ~/.fvwmrc file
with everything imaginable!

If you change the below line "xterm*font: 12x24" you can just
type xterm & in another xterm and will have one pop up in 12x24
font. (much larger than default "fixed").

Note: I say "Nope" loosely. *nix is hardly ever that restrictive.
