I have looked at a lot of different systems, but have not found one that
meets all of our needs. We are looking for a system with a web interface,
email integrated and most importantly easy to use and navigate. An
important aspect is the storage of data. It would be nice if trouble
tickets could be retrieved by number, date, problem type, and username.
THe username would be helpful for those customers who continually run into
problems with caps lock keys or other dumb problems. There also needs to
be an easy way of assigning duties and keeping track of who is doing what
and when.
Features that would be nice but not neccessary:
Alarms for trouble tickets over x days/weeks/min
Email notification to tech support people when they are assigned trouble
ticket
I am very interested in working with you on this project. Can you let me
know how you are doing and let me see the source to help test every now
and then? Thanks..
