Hi,

This is just a general rule of thumb for UNIX systems that you should have
at least double the RAM for swap.  If you have something like 128Mb of RAM
you may even want to shoot for three times the swap.  If this is already
the case you may want to take a look for any core files that might give you
a direction to go on fixing this.
