Yes :-)

Take a look in the PPP-HOWTO (part of the HOWTO rpm and installed in
/usr/doc) for instructions on setting up a simple PPP server (which is
what you want).

Note that Win95 by default uses PAP rather than username/password
pairs for authentication - but if you use the dial up networking tool
you can script the windows end of hte connection to handle the
necessary chat with the Linux server.

The next version of the PPP-HOWTO will include information on setting
up a PPP server using PAP...but don't ask me when this will be out as
having just moved to the USA I am a bt busy with my job right now!
