If you'd rather not compile the libs from source, refer to:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/hurricane/i386/qt-1.33-1rh5.i386.rpm
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/hurricane/i386/qt-devel-1.33-1rh5.i386.rpm
or any of the ftp.redhat.com mirrors.
The kde beta 4 packages are also available:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/hurricane/i386/kde*beta4-1.i386.rpm
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/grouped/glibc/i386/X11/KDE/
