IRQs 9 through 15.

9 is usually not usable (9 and 2 have a special relationship, they're
effectively the same IRQ.  In some cases, you can use one or the other, but
never both, and non-PCI video boards often use it.  Experiment under DOS.)

12 is used by PS/2 mice.

13 is used by the math coprocessor.

14 and 15 are used for primary and secondary IDE.

That leaves 10 and 11, unless you don't have a PS/2 mouse port.
