Hello all, I am using Linux Red hat 5.0, on an intel.
 Tonight, one of my linux boxes locked up. When I shut it down and tried
to reboot, it starts to boot, then when It makes it to fsck /dev/hda4, It
stops and flashes errors, and will not give me a bash.
errors: kerneel: dma_intr: status =0x61
{DriveReady DeviceFault Error}

 and so on....

 Any ideas on what this could be? Or what could have caused this??
 Also, If I'm going to need a new hard drive, What is the best out for
linux? Any opinions will be appreciated!

 Thanks everyone, and have a great weekend.
