Partitions Accendentally Deleted

Please someone help me!

I have RedHat Linux 5.0 installed on one of my SCSI disks with four partitions and
Windows95 on another EIDE disk.  Due to some foolish reasons, I have accendentally
deleted all the partitions on the Linux disk under Win95.  Is there any way I can
salvage back my partitions and data on my Linux disk?  Your help is greatly
appreciated.
