Hi,

I can't seem to automount my DOS partition with user readwrite access.
Maybe I've put the wrong lines in fstab and mtab?

...something like (in fstab)

/mnt/Edward vfat user,rw 0,0

Because I can't automount with rw access to all, I have put the following
lines in /etc/profile :-

umount /mnt/Edward
mount /mnt/Edward

It solves the problem (although of course get an error - 'Edward not mounted
in fstab' or something - the first time I log in).

There *must* be a more elegant solution, if only redirecting error messages
to /dev/null (my father's idea)
