Under the current linux kernel rpm, CardBus bridges will not be found
on the PCI bus, instead, the kernel reports a header type conflict and
ignores the device. This bug was fixed in the 2.0.34 prepatches as of
the middle of April. However, the current kernel rpm is based off an
older prepatch. The specific file that needs to be updated is
linux/drivers/pci/pci.c

I believe this bug is preventing RH 5.1 from installing on my laptop
through the network. PCMCIA is never detected or asked for. Am I
doing something wrong? If I am right, then in addition to the linux
kernel rpm update, there needs to be a boot disk update.
