Well, I'd suggest you ask you ISP about which modems they think are best.
I just got my ISDN line (and BellSouth announced ADSL service the next
day, grrrrrrr) and a Farallon Netopia 640.  My ISP uses Ascends, and I've
had no problems.  The ISP actually recommends Netopias over Ascends.  So,
ask you ISP, I'm sure they could help you out.

As for Ascends, they only have one or two ISDN -modems-.  They have
plenty of different models of ISDN routers, though.  If you do decide
to get an Ascend, look for a Pipeline50.  P75's are just P50's with
two POTS ports.  P85's are just P75's with an integrated four port
hub.  Keep in mind, though, you have to pay extra for their 'firewall'
software if you want to do any packet filtering at your ingress point.
(packet filtering is included in the Netopia 640)
