I'm interested in accessing my computer at home via IPC from my NT Workstation here at work. I modified my smb.conf file to say: [public] comment = Joe's Service path = / valid users = jta public = yes writable = yes printable = no So how do I access it? What is the share name? Whenever I have NT loaded on my computer, I'm able to map and access the drive via IPC by using the IP address. Can I assume this method works as well with a Linux SMB server and a WinNT client? Or am I totally missing the point?
