This reference implementation is written in Javascript and would have to be
converted to Ruby (which is trivial thanks to LLMs). However, there are no unit
tests in the original repo to validate that the converted code is working as
expected.
Some users also report issues with the predefined boundaries in the code, which
seem to exclude some parts of India.
Maybe give it a bit more time for the reference implementation to become a bit
more reliable.
