Hi all, I was wondering if there's a way to specify other metrics for the method for the dist command other than the standard euclidean, manhattan, canberra, etc.
Specifically, I'd to generate a distance matrix using the metrics from information theory, e.g., KL-divergence or something similar to that with log().
