Then I found another ad that you can try

I use this sometimes and I first tried it a number of years ago and I had
positive results. I just looked it up and you can find it. The cheapest on eBay
is double the price on Amazon.

I have been on trazodone for quite some time and alprazolam from the sleep
doctor. I’ve tried so many different sleep medication’s but they all eventually
stopped working and that’s why my doctor sent me to sleep doctor. it’s 1031. It
works when I don’t have alprazolam. It is 1031 on eBay. 30 capsules but on
Amazon you get 60  for 27.[

If my sleeping pills don’t work I will take two of the Relaxium and they help
me go to sleep. They are worth a try

topic guys. Sleep has such an immense impact on every aspect of our health.
My sleep problems were mostly related to really bad apnea, but since I got the
inspire implant in August things have improved quite a bit. Gradually I'm
feeling less daytime fatigue, fuzzy thinking, etc.
However, ambien has been part of my sleep strategy for 20 years. Recent studies
now Connect ambien with increased risk of dementia, since it apparently doesn't
allow the brain to clean out as much junk at night.
I've been trying to cut down on it but, not taking it at all exposed another
problem: my aging aches and pains as well as chronic urethra and kidney pain
from decades of kidney stones make it almost impossible to fall asleep. 10 mg
of melatonin doesn't seem to be helping
Definitely opens a new ideas!  Have you had luck with anything dietary?
Certain bedtime routines? Anything else over-the-counter?

Wish I could help but I've always blamed my trouble sleeping on not being able
to move around. Of course these days, being a federal worker, I am concerned
about losing my job that I've worked at for over 20 years. That's another story
but I'll be interested in hearing how others sleep.

Do you have trouble sleeping?  I can't sleep for sh#t even when I take
ambien and melatonin.  The obvious problem of not being able to toss and
turn to get comfortable is something we all share. The big problem for
me is that I can't shut my mind off.  I can't help but worry about
everything and nothing.  Even if I am not worried about something, I
can't just clear my mind.  How about all of you?  Any tips from a quad
perspective?  I have read every article about sleeping well.
