My low air mattress is losing air. I called the company and they told me they
didn't have a way to service the bad. I called 3 other companies in town and
they did not service beds either. They did not carry my bed. It looks like I
will have to get another bad. It is still blowing but it kinda dips in the
middle. I am disappointed that they have no way to services bad. What do
other members of the list. Do when this happens. I want to get a bed that has
a warranty and a way of repairing the bad if it isn't working properly.

Can you give me any advice?

Gratefully yours,

Dana Wray

I have another question, what kind of computers do all of you use. I use HP
and I am using my Dragon naturally speaking voice program. It's on its last
leg, so I need to get ideas for the best kind to get. You have a preference
brand. How much memory and so forth?

hi Dana,

I have not had any problems getting suction catheters. Are they telling you
that they can't get ANY 14fr catheters or just your particular kind? What
catheters are you using?

To all members that use suction catheters for tracheostomy. I have been

Is anyone on the list happy that same problem. I get my catheters through
adapt medical. I even called the manufacturer, which is cardinal and they said
there was a nationwide shortage. They keep giving and date they will be in,
but that date passes and they have not received any shipment.

I would appreciate your help.

I live in, Prairie Village, Kansas. I know all suppliers don't take Medicare
and Medicaid. I have secondary Blue Cross. I asked them if was because of my
insurance, and they said no.
