[QUAD-L] true low air loss mattress

My 5 year old Drive Medical mattress hoses are leaking and the center of 
mattress has been sinking more compared to rest of mattress.

Does anyone have a true low air loss were air blows up through mattress?
Since my sore has healed, I doubt medicare will pay for new one.

Also, does anyone know what ios best website to purchase new shower 
chairs and cushions?
