I have not tried sesame since I really don't have much head movement. The
built-in voice access in the accessibility settings actually worked for me
to make a call with my phone about 2 feet away, in a quiet room. The Amazon
Echo worked to call people on my contact list. It works good as a
hands-free speaker phone, as long as the wifi and internet connection are
working.
