Released in 2009... I'd be surprised if Debian stable shipped Qt Creator 2.5. Sorry to be blunt, but if you move outside the area (and era) of what your distribution offers you, _you_ are responsible for making sure all dependencies are met. If you buy a truck tyre for your trusty wheel cart, and it doesn't fit, it's neither a problem of the wheel cart manufacturer, nor of the tyre maker.
