I think you might need as well toclear the undoStack and remove the custom data you can procedurally discover what a plugin expose with *pluginIn*fo <http://help.autodesk.com/cloudhelp/2017/ENU/Maya-Tech-Docs/CommandsPython/pluginInfo.html> ( *dependNode, data etc)*
