Just confirming that getting the right bsd.rd (6.7) from cdn.openbsd.org, seemed to solve any problem I had.
Did have to select "remove updated packages first" was necessary, as my /usr/local space was getting too crowded. Probably lots of packages I am not using, and could weed them, instead of messing with disk space. A.
