ok jca@ to kill them except for wmnet and wmspaceweather. cc'ing the
MAINTAINER of wmnet.  Vladimir, what's your opinion?

Regarding wmspaceweather,

if we have a maintainer who proposes patches when it breaks, I'm
inclined to fix and keep astro/wmspaceweather
