Split the audio/timidity port into two ports: audio/timidity and

patchset
and a /etc/timidity.cfg that will work with all 3: audio/timidity,
devel/sdl-mixer, and devel/sdl2-mixer.
Seems a reasonable idea to me. What do you think about including the
original non-converted soundfont file as well (either in this package,
or in a subpackage e.g. "timgm6mb-soundfont")? Then it can also be an
alternative to generaluser-gs-soundfont for fluidsynth.
Attached is a tarball, now named audio/timgm6mb, that includes the
SoundFont with the GUS patchset. And a diff to convert timidity and
sdl{,2}-mixer to consumers of timgm6mb.
OK?

Ping. I'd like to get this new port and associated changes in, as it is
now (amazingly) blocking a Timidity update.
