Hi!
I've also have segmentation fault on exit on 6.0-current (GENERIC.MP) #145:
Sun Jan 15 15:14:09 MST 2017, with pkg_add -u and cvs up run today.
BTW, CMakeFiles sets -O3 explicitly.
