Elixir 0.12.5 is in packages, thanks Jasper et al. btw.

The log message says this versior is the last to work with Erlang 16.

The Erlang R16 log message includes "not updating to the latest erlang (17.4)
as there's no version of riak that supports it yet, and ejabberd needs a major
update to 14.12..."

This is understandable. Riak and the Ejabberd version in ports still require
R16, however, the Phoenix Framework and neo.com's irc logger require ELixir
v1.0.

And Elixir v1.0 requires Erlang 17.

Erlang is a solid, fault tolerant vm, and Elixir gives Erlang guilded wings.
I would like to see Elixir v1.0 on OpenBSD.

I will continue to learn how to compile them for my i386s, (I've been trying
unsuccessfully from wip and from sources) and wanted to make a general appeal
to the people who make things happen in OpenBSD ports for including Elixir v1.

Thanks again.
