Another one, - Nuked everything generating version.h in Makefile - Include pre generated version.h in the form of a patch that creates a new file (is this OK?) - Changed install permissions of binary from 755 -> 555 after observing the owner write bit is not set usually in sbin/ directory - Changed install permissions of manpage from 644 -> 444 for same reason
Because of the first 2 changes above the double compiling issue goes away.
