"Multiple licenses" is a little bit unclear ;-)

For me it looks like most of the code is licensed under the 3-clause
BSD license, with the exception of the included tinyxml ("modified
source versions must be marked as such", as in zlib or libpng). The
GPL part doesn't count, since you disabled the bfd part. I think
it's appropriate to mark clish as BSD licensed.
