Yes, all keybindings got lost in the migration, but i'm pretty sure a
migration script exists somewhere.. but it doesn't seem to work.

Depends of the theme, and the icon cache has to reload. The only missing
icon is keyboard-prefs, but it's reported and will be fixed.

Known too, HAL shutdown is preferred, and the sudo fallback is now
considered 'unmaintained', which basically means they fuck up
openbsd/netbsd/solaris. I'm working on it, nothing has changed since
previous version so it'd be a simple thing..
