Since this is an update for a port already in the tree, you should
send it as a unified diff. Also, it has a MAINTAINER:

    $ cd /usr/ports/sysutils/monit && make show=MAINTAINER
    Ben Lovett <b...@tilderoot.com>

In general, you should send your updates to the MAINTAINER first; if
they don't get back to you in a reasonable amount of time, then send
them to po...@.
