yeah, full-screen mode is sorta strange. with blackbox, switching desktops doesn't crash gxine, and gxine "follows" you to the next desktop. also, it "steals" the focus from other apps, until you click on one of it's menu windows. what desktop are you using? -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] SDF Public Access UNIX System - http://sdf.lonestar.org
