Agreed, the new text is saying some things ("it's a library" in several ways, and we don't normally talk about things being free software in these files), it probably makes more sense to just add whatever new bits/tweaks to the bullet points but maintain existing formatting The upstream release notes include for 0.9.75 'The main improvement is the implementation of workaround for some OSes (like OpenBSD 7) where "monotonic" clock may jump back.' I don't recall anything reported to bugs@ about this and that is clearly incorrect behaviour, any idea what's going on with that?
