For years, people have been asking me on and off to make libmediainfo
available for use by other ports. This finally reworks the existing
all-in-one multimedia/mediainfo port and breaks it into three parts
by using the "split sources for Linux package creation":

  devel/libzen
  multimedia/libmediainfo
  multimedia/mediainfo

COMMENT and DESCR are adapted from the Debian control files included
in the upstream tarballs. The autoconf and automake versions are
those that upstream uses for their all-in-one tarball.

The first part, attached, is devel/libzen:

  C++ utility library

  ZenLib is a C++ utility library. It includes classes for handling
  strings, configuration, bit streams, threading, translation, and
  cross-platform operating system functions.

OK to import?
