I don't care about the license, as it only covers usage, so every user

Ports tend to do these things. I still don't think Adobe is worth supporting by providing a port for their software. I'd prefer to see more ports based on the projects at http://osflash.org/

I'd expect that before your port works in any way, you notify the person using it that they are liable to be sued by Adobe for improper license usage. Other-wise when Adobe come a knocking, in my defense I'll come a knockin'

I just don't think it's worth it to the OpenBSD project.
