i would infact very much enjoy this, and im pretty sure no one would complain 
about new ports, even if no one uses them.  though i would HIGHLY suggest using 
the dnh patches (or custom?) as the original ctorrent client is very touchy, 
and is very common for it to just not work (_especially_ with ratio based 
servers.
