Hi Here goes eric -- full featured Python and Ruby IDE written in Python and using Qt widgets. All dependencies (py-sip, qscintilla, py-qt3) are included. Eric works (at least on my machine ;) fine but some more work is still needed. Mostly *_DEPENDS stuff, I guess. Just try installing devel/eric to see if everything is OK.
