Thanks for the patch Felix.

'usepeerdns' needs pppd 2.3.10 or higher and we have 2.3.5 in the
OpenBSD tree.  I have included the patch from Felix in the attached
Port, which turns that option completely off for now.

I also added a small note in pkg/MESSAGE saying that /usr/sbin/pppd
needs root privilges to execute.

I will also ask the Author to remove the "OpenBSD not tested" Makefile
comment now for further versions :)

Tested again on i386-current and zaurus-current.
