There IS no fixed time period. I've been checking one domain I'm after on a
daily basis, and have mailed netsol about it on several occasions, it has
also been expired for several months.
Netsol: When the domain expired, it had an outstanding invoice - so we have
every right to hold on to it until WE decide to let it go.
Translation: We're holding onto ALL our expired domains until such time as
we can figure out how to make money off them instead of putting them back in
the pool for other registrars to steal from us.
