I have had L5-development.com registered with InterNIC for several years for
my business, The L5 Development Group, Inc., a New Hampshire corporation.
Because the State of New Hampshire saw fit to send me to jail for the
heinous crime of DRIVING (no accidents, no injuries, no property damage,
just driving), I was unable to conduct my business for five months. During
this time, someone apparently registered my domain name with your service on
August 27, 2000, as shown by this InterNIC WhoIs result:

Whois Server Version 1.3

Domain names in the .com, .net, and .org domains can now be registered
with many different competing registrars. Go to http://www.internic.net
for detailed information.

When I found this report, I went to your site, where I got this WhoIs

------------------------- End WhoIs Report --------------------------

As you can see, the "registrant" is using what appears to be a bogus
identity, created solely for the purpose of attempting to extort money to
recover possession of my Web address. This suspicion is further enhanced
when the following message bounce report was received when I attempted to
contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] to ask why they had my domain name registered:

Because this URL registration is quite obviously an attempt to hijack my
domain name for immoral, and probably unlawful, purposes, I must request
that you immediately cancel the registration in your records, so that I can
re-register l5-development.com for its proper use.

Please inform me as soon as this is done.

Thank you for your time and cooperation.
