Just returning from east coast, I may attend but unprepared. If I *was* prepared - I would bring a box of 16GB flash drives with a simple bootable Linux on the drives. Some very old laptops (like the one I am using now in the Sacramento airport, boarding in 3 minutes) can't read 32GB. The goal is not to install (yet), or supply a zillion addons, but a basic drive with a simple web browser and perhaps libreoffice. Perhaps a movie viewer and a movie.
