OMG of course, I had to run that! For anyone else interested in turning your 2025 Linux operating system into a 1960's teletype:
Open Ubuntu 24.04 Desktop on a machine with capabable sound (I used an old HP Probook 4440s) Apt-get install python3-tk Apt install python3-pygame Download ttyemu-master.zip from https://github.com/hughpyle/ttyemu (Download Zip) Extract, cd into extracted directory and python3 ./ttyemu.py Hurry soon since "telnetlib" is deprecated and slated for removal in Python 3.13! I am SO going to use this with my next Youtube video involving Linux!
