I have two apps, Delta and United (they let me carry two or three 70lb bags
as I am gold wiith both of them) The Delta app is very "on line oriented"
the United app caches the info so if your connection gets dropped you still
have it, but at times it is so anal that it does not update the screens
with new data either, so it goes too far the other way. I do have the
passes emailed to me so I have a fallback but even then you have to
scramble to get to the other page and not hold things up.

My cell changes over to cellular data if the WiFi connection goes away, but
at times it takes a bit to sort things out.

Thanks again all, now to see when I get another re-direct so I can test the
recommendation out.
