Hi Guys, Thanks for responding to my question, anyways I have checked the logs of apache and sendmail all are working fine redirecting on the right track. What I did is to check the internet browser of the user who complained and I found out that there is some plugins missing on the laptop I just update the Internet explorer then sqirrelmail is now working.
